Terms of Use and Prohibited Activities

As we are a non-adult entertainment establishment, we cannot accept reservations from customers who wish to receive adult services. In addition, if any of the following apply to you or if you are in a situation where you fall under any of the following categories, our staff may cancel or leave the room even during treatment at their discretion. There will be no refunds even if the treatment is canceled. In addition, if the treatment is canceled due to customer’s convenience, 100% of the course fee + transportation fee will be charged.

Those who are related to organized crime or belong to antisocial forces
People with disabilities
Those who are drunk or using illegal drugs
Those who have tested positive for coronavirus or influenza
Conducted acts such as wiretapping and secret photography
Severe athlete’s foot, severe skin inflammation
Poaching by a colleague
Requesting or coercing someone into providing illegal services, such as sexual services
Harming the therapist
There are multiple people in the same space or room

Cancellation after reservation has been confirmed

Reservations can be cancelled up to one hour before the start of the reservation. If cancelled within one hour, a penalty of 100% of the course fee will be charged. Furthermore, cancellations will not be accepted once staff have arrived at the location. Additionally, cancellations made in advance before 7:30pm on the day of the reservation will be free of charge. If you wish to contact us outside reception hours, please use the reservation form on our website or send us an inquiry email. Furthermore, if a new customer cancels without permission, we will no longer be able to accept any reservations at our restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.
